“To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.”-Unknown
Thank you for your interest in Laurens Institute For Education’s (L.I.F.E.) services in the Community. L.I.F.E. provides community services to families with children and or adults who are differently-abled. Community services include Habilitation, development of skills; Respite, offering a break to parents or guardians with care from a specialized provider; and Attendant Care, providing services based on the specific needs of the child or adult.
Since 2007, we opened our doors to help serve quality care to those who are differently-abled in an effort to provide a supported circle of services for each individual. We continue to expand both our community and center-based services to meet those needs.
If you are a family in need of a provider to support your child and or adult, please refer to the “Families” tab under “Community” for additional information. Or if you are a provider looking for employment with our organization, please refer to the “Provider” tab under “Community” or the “Employment” tab under “About Us” for assistance.
L.I.F.E. looks forward to helping and working with each child, family, or provider as these relationships represent the core part of L.I.F.E.’s pursuit to “improving quality of life for people affected by developmental disabilities.”
