Important Notice: Potential Unauthorized Disclosure of Protected Health Information

Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) recently detected a security incident involving unauthorized access to an employee’s email account on August 5, 2024. Although we have no reason to believe that any protected health information (PHI) was compromised, we are notifying affected individuals out of an abundance of caution.

We have taken immediate steps to secure our systems and are working with law enforcement and the FBI. We are also offering free credit monitoring and fraud assistance services to those potentially impacted.
